RICHARD HENDERSON
During the course of his career, Richard Henderson has led some of the nation’s most significant brand projects including Telstra, BHPBilliton, AustralianSuper, Crown Resorts, Sydney 2000 Olympic, Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth and Sydney 2018 Invictus Games, Queen Victoria Market and Brand Tasmania. He also has been working with China business for many years.
In 2003, Richard established the brand consultancy R-Co with a focus on using creative thinking to transform companies from where they are, to where they need to be. And in so doing, accelerate “next”.
Richard has seen R-Co as the inspiration through which he can shape and illuminate a company’s purpose. Unfolding stories, problem solving, engaging the emotions through design excellence. Then integrating the brand strategy across all touchpoints to create an impactful relationship with audiences. This is at the heart of successful brand building. And value creation.
He believes that strategic thinking expressed though imaginative creativity can unlock the value of a brand and contribute to moving society and the economy forward.




THOMAS WHITE
Thomas White is an entrepreneur, disruptive innovator, teacher, author, and trusted advisor. He has started 16 companies and holds four software patents.
For over four decades, he has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and C-Suite Leaders for the largest corporations in the world as well as a diversity of smaller organizations. He is also the executive producer of the nationally-syndicated radio show Business Matters and of The Heart of Business.
Now – his focus is working directly with leaders, inspiring them to discover a level of success that is more meaningful and fulfilling than anything they have previously experienced. The foundation of his work is the connection of the mind to the heart’s intelligence.
